Dear Neighbours,
Bush Regeneration, (AKA weeding) will take place on Saturday 30th September along the dunes south of Bingie Beach. You’re invited! Meet your neighbours, learn about this lovely less visited area and afterwards - feast on chocolate cake. ( I'll make one) BRA members have spotted that scourge, Sea Spurge and some dirty rotten bitou along the southern dunes toward Coila Lake It’s important we get it out before it seeds so - please join us! Meet - 8.30am on Kelly Rd,Saturday 30th September. Meet at the corner, just before the road turns right along the edge of the sewerage works, approx 2km from the Bingie Rd turnoff. It’s a really lovely part of our neighbourhood and a good opportunity to see some less visited parts of Bingie while you’re contributing to the health of our beach environment. Wear some sturdy footwear, a hat, gloves and sun protection. Bring water, thermos of tea/ coffee and any relevant tools. Bathers - if you’re game - and your binoculars if you’re a birder… I’ll bring a chocolate cake for morning tea. Hope to see you there, Gillianne President BRA
